I’ve moved many times in my adult life. Married to a 28-year active duty veteran, the Air Force took us all across the country to include Alaska! I prefer a warmer climate and being close to the ocean which made Charleston the perfect place to put down roots when our military adventure was over. Once I began my real estate career, the natural extension was to work with VA clients and folks relocating from around the US and the world. Thirteen hour time difference? No problem. There are so many ways to communicate!

My favorite part of my job is the intense relationships that form during the transaction. You have to be in-sync with your clients in order to fulfill their wishes and needs, which should be addressed and validated timely, kindly and honestly. In addition, maintaining solid connections with lenders, attorneys, contractors and other colleagues involved in getting a home bought and sold is of utmost importance so that at the end everyone is satisfied.
